The striped pieces on the bed will be sewn into pillows. The colors in the South American weaving (last picture) will really pop when I hang it on the yellow wall. The little lamp on the bedside table was an ugly bargain purchase that I sanded, painted with the Mango trim paint, then varnished.
Next project: painting the hallway "Mango Madness".
Awesome!! I love the color - it's very "you." I'm not sure I could pull it off (I'm not really a yellow person), but it really is great. The accents are wonderful, and will look very Latin or south of the border with your iron bed. Very warm and bright; maybe I need to get over the anti-yellows and just do it to brighten up my house for the dull winter gray days!!

Congratulations!
Thanks! It looks much better when it is seen not on a purple page.
I am really glad I got to see that in person; pictures just dont do it justice! Great job Amy!
ps. did I tell you Jari wants to do her room in yellows?
Good colors! That will get you up in the mornings. Your room appeals to my Spanish side.
Awesome job~!
It's wonderful, and you must be motivated. I never thought I'd see Amy and "sewn" in the same context. I am looking forward to my visit - soon.
